ImaJev-4B is an independent open System One model that takes images as well as text state. The author put the 4B on Hugging Face on 24 September 2026 (2B and 9B cards from the 23rd), with code at github.com/mohit67890/imajev (229★ by 2 Oct), a live Space and a technical report. A r/LocalLLaMA thread on 28 Sep (~198 score, 66 comments) is where it got noticed.

What it does. The same TypeSafe-shaped POST /v1/systemone as Jev, plus images, unknown_probability and abstained. Typical demos check a marketplace listing against its photo, or compare two photos in one request. The flagship is a LoRA on Qwen3.5-4B; the 2B and 9B adapters are the previous generation. Apache-2.0; runs on MLX or one GPU. The card gives p50 96 ms per question on one H100, and 350 ms when it averages four option orders.

The board claims (UnverifiedClaim). The card puts ImaJev-4B #1 of 91 on JevBench v1.4.2.2 (67.37 vs Jev 1.13.0 at 63.29, scored by the board maintainer on 27 Sep), #1 of 49 on Image JevBench v0.1.3 (76.39 vs Jev-Omni at 73.10) and #3 on DecisionBench 1.0 eng (79.7%, behind the benchmark team’s own two models). We haven’t re-checked those boards, so they stay author-cited.

How we list it. Trained multimodal decision weights plus a public typed API → catalog at 5.6 / 7.9 / 15. It’s a late entry: the cards had been live since 23–24 Sep before it reached modelsystem.one.
