On 11 October 2026, AutoTrust said its JEV-27B-VL led the Jev Decision Index vision board with 77.8% accuracy over 13,695 examples. The accuracy figure matches the board’s calibration row (77.71%, n=13,695, ECE 0.018), but the rank claim does not match the latest public data we checked.

The community’s Vision 0.3.1 data, generated 9 October at 23:53 UTC, ranks JEV-27B-VL second of 21: Full 69.6, public 72.8 and private 66.4, with the board’s 1.6 MP image cap applied. Perplexity Decider v1.1 leads at Full 70.58. The AutoTrust card still says first based on its 7 October snapshot.

The post also cites 1.54 million downloads. Hugging Face currently displays that download count for JEV-27B-VL, but the AutoTrust family’s download totals have shown anomalous spikes; we do not count them as adoption. This is new board evidence for a model already tracked on the AutoTrust family page, not a new checkpoint. The quadrant still scores GEV-26B-Decide, so its scores do not change.
