CUA-S1-FORMS is a specialist model (~706k params, ~2.8 MB) designed specifically for scoring form field actions.
Narrow scope
Unlike general-purpose decision models (Jev, Laya, etc.), CUA-S1-FORMS is trained for a single task: deciding what action to take on form fields.
Supported actions:
use— fill the fieldcheck— toggle checkboxclick— click buttonskip— ignore field
Why it’s listed here (not in Models)
CUA-S1-FORMS is a specialist with a narrow scope:
- Only handles form field classification
- Not a general
choice/score/booleaninterface - Inspired by jevlike, but not a Jev fine-tune
- English-centric prototype
It doesn’t compete with general-purpose System One models and would distort the quadrant if included.
Caveats
- Accuracy/latency comparisons vs hosted Jev are UnverifiedClaim
- Narrow task — not generalizable
- Research/prototype status
