1. Acceptance
By accessing or using modelsystem.one (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms form a binding agreement between you and the publisher of the Site (the “Publisher”), acting solely as an operator of an informational website — not as your advisor, partner, agent, or fiduciary.
2. Nature of the Site
ModelSystem.One is an informational, editorial catalog about “System One” / Decision Models (AI systems that return typed decisions rather than free text). Content may include summaries, quotes, benchmarks, vendor claims, links, and community reports.
The Site does not sell models, API access, SaaS subscriptions, financial products, or professional services. Nothing on the Site is an offer to contract with any third-party vendor.
3. No affiliation; third-party marks
The Site is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with TypeSafe AI, Jev, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, Mistral, Cohere, or any other company named on the Site, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific page.
Product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification and commentary (fair descriptive reference).
4. Informational content only — no advice
Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, technical, engineering, investment, procurement, or professional advice. Do not rely on the Site as the sole basis for production decisions, purchases, architecture choices, or vendor selection. Always verify primary sources and consult qualified professionals.
Vendor performance claims (speed, cost, accuracy, “cannot hallucinate”, etc.) may be unverified. Where marked as vendor claims, they are not statements of fact by the Publisher.
5. Disclaimer of warranties

6. Limitation of liability (maximum protection)

In no event shall total aggregate liability exceed BRL 0,00 (zero) / USD $0 (zero).You use the Site entirely at your own risk.
If any jurisdiction does not allow certain exclusions, liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by that law, and never above the zero-cap above where legally enforceable.
7. Personal capacity; no personal targeting
You agree not to bring claims against any natural person associated with the Publisher in their personal capacity when the claim arises from the publication or operation of this Site, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any claim must be directed solely to the Publisher as site operator, not to private individuals.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Publisher and associated natural persons from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these terms, or your reliance on Site content when integrating or purchasing third-party models or services.
9. Third-party links and services
Links to docs.typesafe.ai, GitHub, OpenRouter, news outlets, and other external resources are provided for convenience. The Publisher does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, pricing, privacy practices, or security.
10. User conduct
You will not abuse the Site (scraping that degrades service beyond normal indexing, injecting malware, attempting unauthorized access, or misrepresenting affiliation with the Publisher).
11. Intellectual property of the Site
Original editorial arrangement, copy, and design of modelsystem.one are owned by the Publisher unless otherwise noted. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link for non-commercial commentary. Systematic republication of the catalog without permission is prohibited.
12. Modifications
These terms may be updated at any time by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date is controlling.
13. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Exclusive venue for disputes is the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
